• Powder-coated rail assembly, trolley, and car.
• 1 HP – 240 volt or 480 volt 3 phase motor comes standard.
• 1 Keyed On/Off Lock included.
• 1 emergency stop switch included.

MOTOR OPTIONS:

• Bottom or top motor mount.
• 1-½ HP 220 Volt 60Hz Single Phase Motor is available for an additional $500.
• 50Hz motors for European markets available.

UNIT OPTIONS:

• ​​Diamond plate siding available.
• Stainless steel units available.
• Floor loading units available.

CAR OPTIONS:

• Dumbwaiter car can be open on any of 3 sides, except where the rails are mounted, at no additional charge.

SAFETY FEATURES:

  NOTE: The limits are preset to your specs, but are easily adjustable in your home.
• ​All low voltage wiring is prewired with quick-connect plugs for easy installation.

• Keyed on / off lock allows you to lock the dumbwaiter to restrict access to unauthorized personnel.
• ​Top and bottom final limits.
