NOTE: Maximum car sizes quoted are based on a cubic inch equation, but the width, depth and height dimensions are customizable within that equation. For example, you can choose a car size of 20″ x 24″ by 34″ High, usually at no additional charge.

WARRANTY: 2 year commercial and 5 year residential warranties.

- Call / send buttons, door locks, and door safety switches.
- Powder-coated rail assembly, trolley, and car.
MOTOR OPTIONS:
- Bottom or top motor mount.
- 1 HP – 220 volt, 240 volt, or 480 volt 3 phase motor.
- 50 Hz motors for European markets available.
UNIT OPTIONS:
- Stainless steel units available.
- Floor loading units available.
CAR OPTIONS:
- Dumbwaiter car can be open on any of 3 sides, except where the rails are mounted, at no additional charge.
- Powder-coated car panels available.
- Stainless steel cars available.
- Adjustable car shelves available. (Not available with car gate.)
- Removable car shelves available.
- In car dome light available.
GATE & DOOR OPTIONS:
- Slide-up and bi-parting car gates available.
- Stainless steel motor access panel and hoistway doors available.

- Keyed On/Off lockallows you to lock the dumbwaiter when not available to monitor use by children or restrict access to unauthorized personnel.

NOTE: The limits are preset to your specs, but are easily adjustable in your home. - All low voltage wiring is prewired with quick-connect plugs for easy installation.
